Melanie Lundquist

Melanie M. Lundquist, Managing Director, has over 25 years of experience in the financial, manufacturing and technology industries primarily in the public company sector. She is known for her thought leadership on organizational change management and value-based management. She is responsible for advising the principals and senior leadership on business issues to help them manage complex transactions such as corporate restructuring, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions.

Melanie has extensive experience as a CFO through her roles at Realterm Global, Travel Advantage Network, Haven Custom Homes and Municipal Mortgage and Equity. She also served various roles at The Rouse Company including vice president and corporate controller. Melanie is a summa cum laude graduate of Towson University and is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a board member of Humanim, Inc., a nonprofit human service provider in Columbia, Md., specializing in workforce development and clinical support services for at-risk populations.

Mo Kelly-Ostrosky

Mo Kelly-Ostrosky, Principal, has 25 years of information technology experience in the legal and real estate industries. She is known for her progressive, data-driven approach to business solutions through IT initiatives. Mo is responsible for overseeing technical strategy and infrastructure to drive a culture of innovation, capture value from technology investments and to deliver consistent, reliable reporting for businesses.

 

She has vast IT knowledge cultivated at national corporations during time spent with SyApps, Municipal Mortgage and Equity, Bozzuto Homes and The Rouse Company. Mo has directed large-scale projects including data center moves, telecomm implementations, system and data migrations, organizational change, virtualization strategies and implementations, and strategic policy development. Mo holds a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Mary’s College and a master’s degree in information systems from The American University.

 

Shayna Iglesias

Shayna Iglesias, Practice Director, Marketing, has more than 15 years of marketing and communications experience in consumer products, manufacturing and hospitality.  She is a digital strategist and is best know for her 360-degree brand approach to drive top-line revenue. Shayna is responsible for brand strategy, customer-relationship management, price and portfolio optimization, campaign performance analytics and agency management.
 

Shayna has wide-ranging corporate marketing experience as a result of her work in-house and as a consultant. She began her career at Scitex America Corp. and has held progressively successive roles at Goldwell Cosmetics U.S.A., Moxie, Travel Advantage Network and HMSHost.  Shayna holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Boston University and a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Emerson College.
